摘要 The device has a stack of individual cells, each with a proton-conducting electrolyte membrane, electro-catalysers, porous electrodes for feeding hydrogen and oxygen and for carrying away current, heat and water and bipolar plates for separating the cells and especially for feeding a coolant for holding the fuel cells at operating temperature. The coolant has an evaporation temperature corresponding to the fuel cell working temperature. The device has a stack (2) of several individual cells (1), each with a proton-conducting electrolyte membrane (3), electro-catalysers (4) on both sides of the membrane, porous electrodes (5) for feeding hydrogen and oxygen and for carrying away current, heat and water and bipolar plates (6) for separating the individual cells from each other and especially for feeding a coolant for holding the fuel cells at operating temperature. The coolant has an evaporation temperature corresponding to the working temperature of the fuel cell.
