The invention relates to a plug connector (1), comprising a circuit board (2) and contact surface elements (3), connected to the circuit board (2). The plug connector (1) is for production of an electrical connection to a mating connector. According to the invention, a simplified production relative to conventional plug connectors with a saving of further machining and preparation processes may be achieved, whereby a plug connector body (4) is arranged in the region (B) of the contact surface elements (3), which allows all possibilities for production and securing of a connection as already known from the state of the art for conventional plug connectors.
