The object of this invention is to provide a handle used for trundling along a hoop that is playing to roll along the ground. The handle includes a yoke-shaped body, with a grip and a roller (3) provided at the handle's yoke to be rotated while coming into contact with a rolling hoop when trundling along the hoop. The handle also has a generator (4) and a lamp unit (6). The generator (4) is connected to the roller (3) to be rotated by a rotation of the roller, and includes a permanent magnet and a coil to generate electricity in accordance with a rotation of the roller. The lamp unit (6) is connected to the generator (4) such that its lamp (6a) is turned on by electricity applied from the generator. The handle thus stimulates a user's curiosity by emitting light while trundling along a hoop.
