<p>The invention provides compounds of formula (I) and their medicinal salts: In which, R1 is H, CI or Br; R2 is selected from electron-withdrawing group of -CF3, -CN, -F, -COSO3H, -CF3SO3 and -NO2; R3 is C1-10 linear or branched alkyl, C2-10 linear or branched alkoxyalkyl, C1-10 aliphatic alkohol or C3-6 cycloalkyl. The invention also relates to the preparation method of said compounds and the compositions containing the same. The inventive compounds have β2- acceptor excitatory function and can be used to treat asthma and bronchitis.</p> |
