Mechanical anti - block - breaking system of a bicycles weel, which is based on the centrifugal forces attendance during the breaking, which stops when the bicycles wheel is not turning. The centrifugal forces, creation is a result of small balls rotation (3), which are placed in radial grooves of a circular disk (2), which is turning round its center, because it leans on the bicycles tyre. Then, the centrifugal forces are received by an inclining ring (4), which is concentric and parallel to the circular disk (2), and creates axial components of centrifugal forces, which, leads up to an additional stretch force in the wipe rope of brake. The invention is moored to the forward suspension of bicycle, similar to a common "dynamo".
