<p>The invention relates to medical engineering and can be used for full-scale and low-invasive surgical interventions without cardiac arrest. Said invention makes it possible to maintain, in an autonomous mode, the optimal immobilising conditions of an operated myocardial area during the total intervention period with a minimum traumatic impact on the myocardium. The inventive set comprises a vacuum source arranged in a portable body, and a device (2) for immobilising the local myocardial area fixed to a retractor (1). The device (2) for immobilising the local myocardial area comprises a unit (48) for stabilising the position of the operated myocardial area fixed to an adjustable supporting element (44). Said stabilising unit is provided with a load-bearing frame (51) assembled from two bearing clamps (52, 53) which are pivotally connected to each other and provided with two flanges (55, 56) limiting a surgical window. Each bearing clamp is provided with a vacuum cap (57) which has a working cavity open on the end thereof which is oriented towards the myocardium, and removable perforated inserts (59) arranged inside said cavity.</p> |
