The invention relates to a surfactant mixture containing (a) 10 to 45 wt. %.alkyloligoglucosides and/or alkenyloligoglucosides and (b) 55 to 90 wt. % alkyloligoglucoside and/or alkenyloligoglucoside ether carboxylic acids, with the proviso that the sum of the cited amounts adds up to 100 wt. %.
