<p>The invention relates to a thermal panel wall and slab which are produced from a low-density polystyrene core comprising an octagonal and a hexagonal section respectively, said core being covered with a mesh of electrowelded galvanised steel wire. The structural element is subsequently covered with shotcrete. In the case of the wall, reinforced areas are created in the form of regularly-disposed vertical bands, steel clamps are provided in order to give continuity to the reinforcing steel and steel mesh and the lower part of the wall comprises a built-in U-shaped reinforcement which, integrated in the foundation, serves to stiffen the assembly. In the case of the panel slab, stiffening ribs are provided at regular intervals. Moreover, possible connections between walls and between the panel slab and walls may also be defined. The invention can be used to produce roofs, ramps and stairs.</p> |
