MONITORING SYSTEM AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A monitoring system and a method thereof are provided to execute monitoring according to a complex analysis by simultaneously driving a sensing unit and an image input unit, thereby more accurately monitoring an object or material to be monitored. CONSTITUTION: A new image photographed from an image input unit arranged at an area to be monitored is inputted(S1). The inputted new image is compared with a reference image preliminarily stored(S2). It is judged whether a difference exists between the new image and the reference image(S3). If not, the new image is replaced by the reference image(S8). If so, the next image is captured and stored(S4). It is judged whether an inputted and authenticated signal exists(S5). If not, an alarm signal is generated(S9). If so, the next image is precisely analyzed(S6). It is judged whether a part of the next image is consistent with a part of the authenticated signal(S7). If not, an alarm is generated(S9). If so, the new image is replaced by the reference image(S8).
