PURPOSE: A slim type heat exchanger and a manufacturing method of the same are provided to allow sliming of the heat exchanger while improving efficiency of heat exchange. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger(100) includes a flat-plate channel tube(30) having a channel formed therein zigzag; fins(40) formed on the flat-plate channel tube; a cover(50) covering the flat-plate channel tube on which the fins are formed; and fans(20) mounted on an extended end of the cover. The flat-plate channel tube is made of metal with high heat conductivity such as aluminum or copper, and has the channel with both ends connected with an inlet and an outlet of working fluid connected with a heat radiating member or a heat absorbing member and a pump. A spring is inserted to the channel of the flat-plate channel tube to generate turbulence in the working fluid flowing in the channel. The fins are irregularly arranged to generate turbulence in air current. The cover covers the flat-plate channel tube to form a channel of air. Pennetrating holes are formed on the extended end of the cover to allow wind generated by the fans to pass.
