PURPOSE: A magnetic floating road stud structure is provided to prevent damage by live load of a vehicle, not to be buried in asphalt concrete, to prevent a loss of magnetism caused by a residue separated from asphalt concrete or rainwater, etc. and to prevent a traffic accident by clearing up a traffic lane by diffused reflection of a road stud body emitting light. CONSTITUTION: In a road stud fixture composed of a retreated part(107) formed for interposing a road stud body(101), a rugged part(108), a coupling bar(109), a holding cup(111) and a coupling bar body(112) unified with a coupler(110), an insertion groove(113) for interposing the square bar coupler(110) formed on both ends of the coupling bar(109), and a supporter(116) containing a coupling groove(114) and a stop projection(115), a magnetic floating road stud structure(100) comprises: an outer holding cup(111) unified with a magnet fitting groove(118a) formed on the middle of the retreated part(107) of the holding cup(111), an ending groove(119) and a male spiral(120); an inner holding cup(122) inserted to the outer holding cup(111) and unified with a retreated part(121) for interposing the road stud body(101), a magnet fitting groove formed on the middle of the retreated part(121) and a through hole bored in the smaller diameter than the magnet fitting groove; magnets(117) fitting to the inner base plane of the inner holding cup(122) and the outer holding cup(111); an adhesive for fixing the magnet(117a) to the magnet fitting groove(118a); rubber bellows(124) for linking the inner holding cup(122) and the outer holding cup(111) mutually; and an upper cover(125) screwed down with a male spiral(120) formed on the outer circumference of the retreated part(107).
