PURPOSE: A power apparatus is provided to protect a circuit in a stable manner by stabilizing the output voltage with respect to the transformation of input voltage. CONSTITUTION: A power apparatus comprises an RS-FF circuit unit(4) for receiving the over current sensed by an oscillation transistor(Q403), generating a trigger pulse based on the over current, and transmitting the trigger pulse to the oscillation transistor; a transistor(Q502) for turning off an operation of a voltage regulator IC(6) by the trigger pulse; a uni-junction transistor oscillation unit(5) for receiving the trigger pulse, generating an oscillation signal, and resetting the RS-FF circuit unit by transmitting the oscillation signal to the RS-FF circuit unit; and a rectification control filter(2) for opening the gate thereof when the signal output from the RS-FF circuit unit is received through a transistor(Q407) and a coil, and outputting the normal voltage or current to an output transistor(Q402) through a full-wave rectification. A current controller IC stops its operation when the over current or over voltage is input, to thereby protect the circuit of the power apparatus.
