DEVICE FOR AUTOMATICALLY ADJUSTING TENSION OF BELT FOR FIXING CARGO

PURPOSE: An automatic tension adjusting device of a belt for fixing cargo is provided to prevent movement or displacement of cargo during traveling a truck, and to fasten the cargo stably by measuring tension of the belt with a load cell and automatically adjusting tension with controlling a motor. CONSTITUTION: An automatic tension adjusting device comprises an operating part having an operating belt(103) connected to a cargo fixing belt(102) by a coupler(101), a winding shaft(105) fixing the operating belt and rotating by a motor(104), guide rollers(106,106') installed in the winding shaft to guide the operating belt, a sensor roller(107) installed in the middle of the guide rollers and pressed by the operating belt, a load cell(108) installed in the rear end of the sensor roller and deformed according to tension of the operating belt, and a fixing plate(110) having a guide hole(109) inserting the sensor roller and fixing the guide roller; fitting link parts arranged at both sides of the deck and composed of fitting links mounting winding rollers winding the fixing belt to adjust tension of the cargo fixing belt; and a control unit having a microcomputer controlling rotation of the motor according to tension of the fixing belt measured by the load cell, and an LCD(Liquid crystal display) panel indicating operation state of the operating part to a driver.
