PURPOSE: The road facilities coated with a photocatalyst are provided to keep the polluted road facilities cleanly and to purify air by decomposing noxious gas. CONSTITUTION: The road facilities comprises the steps of forming a photocatalyst layer by coating with a photocatalyst whose main component is titanium dioxide by spraying, impregnating or dipping, then solidifying the coated layer by treating with heat or drying with a hot blast.
