PURPOSE: A double balanced mixer for millimeter wave IC is provided to remove a resonating phenomenon and an oscillating phenomenon due to the leakage of input signals of high-frequency bands and minimize a loss of an output signal by removing a coupling point of an up/down conversion double balanced mixer. CONSTITUTION: A double balanced mixer for millimeter wave IC includes an IF balun(31), an L0 balun(32), an RF balun(33), and a mixer core(34). The IF balun(31) is used for dividing a predetermined IF input signal into an IF+ signal of a positive phase and an IF-signal of a negative phase. The L0 balun(32) is used for dividing a predetermined L0 input signal into an L0+ signal of the positive phase and an L0-signal of the negative phase. The RF balun(33) is used for adding an RF+ signal of the positive phase to an RF-signal of the negative phase to output a predetermined RF signal. The mixer core(34) is connected between the IF balun(31), the L0 balun(32), and the RF balun(33).
