PURPOSE: A kiosk system and its record media are provided to offer a real time interpretation service and an internet access service to a user, and to be operated with plural languages like the English, the Japanese and the Chinese. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a touch screen monitor(12), the first controller(10), a transmitter, a speaker(14), a microphone(18), a telephone communication module(29), a coin counter(28), a bank note counter(32), and the second controller. The touch screen monitor(12) receives the data inputted by a user, and displays a processed result based on the inputted data. The first controller(10), connected to the monitor(12), performs a data IO and a control of the kiosk system. The transmitter, connected to the internet, enables a data transmission with the first controller(10). The speaker(14) and the microphone(18) are connected to the first controller(10). The telephone communication module(29) enables a user to make a phone to an external person by using the speaker(14) and the microphone(18). The coin counter(28) and the bank note counter(32), connected to the first controller(10), count the coins or the bank notes put by the user. The second controller controls an operational time of the transmitter and the telephone communication module(29) in proportion to the counted amount of the coins and the bank notes.
