PURPOSE: A PC management program embeded a storage medium is provided to register a voice of each user and a manager, and to enable the user to log in the PC only via the registered voice so that it can efficiently manage the PC and prevent a leakage of personal data. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the following steps. The storage media is inserted into a media driver of a PC, and a management program is installed. If the installation of the management program is completed, the ID and a voice of a manager are registered. Then, the PC is bootstrapped again. The PC requests the manager to input an ID, compares the input ID with the registered ID, and requests the manager to input a voice if the input ID is normally approved. The voice is inputted according to the request of the PC, and the PC compares the input voice with the registered voice. If the input voice is normally approved, the PC displays a background screen on a display.
