PURPOSE: An absorbent pad for absorbing the food exudate is provided to prevent the bacteria from growing by containing the antimicrobial and to keep the food safe and sanitary for a long time by composing component harmless to human. CONSTITUTION: The absorbent pad for absorbing and keeping the food exudate comprises a top sheet(10), a bottom sheet(30) and an absorbent material layer located between the top sheet and the bottom sheet. The absorbent material layer comprises a pulp(21), an absorbent resin(23) and the antimicrobial(24). The top sheet(10) is the waterproof film or perforated mesh film of the olefin type resin. The bottom sheet(30) is non-woven fabric.
