PURPOSE: A straw with a valve function is provided to improve manipulation capability of the straw, and to improve the selective interception performance of a through aperture defined inside the straw. CONSTITUTION: In the straw(200) having a straw body(210), which defines an inner through aperture and is formed at the outer peripheral surface thereof with a wrinkled portion(220) of a certain length, and a tube(230) provided inside the wrinkled portion, in order to improve the interception performance of the wrinkled portion when the wrinkled portion bents, the tube is formed with an incision(232) at a position corresponding to the inner bent portion of the tube.
