<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protein having useful properties such as good sensitivity, slight cross-reactivity and scarcely influenced with interfering substances and solvents when assaying, determining or concentrating endocrin disruptors imparted thereto and having a binding ability to the endocrin disruptors. <P>SOLUTION: The modified protein is prepared as follows. Various antibody genes against the endocrin disruptors are obtained and various properties such as an affinity for antigens possessed by the original antibodies, an antigen binding ability, cross-reactivity, tolerance to substances interfering antigen- antibody reactions, tolerance to substances interfering enzyme coloring reactions or tolerance to solvents are obtained by a gene recombination technique. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
