PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an exact massage effect by adjusting a length in the longitudinal direction of air bag bodies in an air massage machine for the arm in accordance with the length of the arm which differs by sex and individual before mounting the machine, and absorbing each individual difference. SOLUTION: The air bag bodies 2 to be expanded by pressurized air supplied from an outer air source are mounted on the hand R1, a lower arm R2, and an upper arm R3, so that the hand R1 and the arms R2 and R3 are pressurized and massaged by the air massage machine 1 for the arm. The air bag bodies 2 are formed of the first air bag body 3 for pressurizing the hand R1 and the lower arm R2, and the second air bag body 4 arranged to be separable from the first air bag 3 so as to pressurize the upper arm R3. When the air bag bodies 2 are used, part of the second air bag body 4 is jointed at the inner side of the first body 3, or in a state superimposed by the first body 3 itself, so that the length of the longitudinal direction of the air bag bodies 2 is adjusted.
