<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal capable of preventing the overheating or supercooling in the sealed section of a tube in the sealed section heating device of a resin-made tube. <P>SOLUTION: The heating device is provided with a nozzle 14 which heats the internal periphery of the upper end 2c in the resin-made tube 1 by jetting a hot-air and a swirl flow generator 13 which introduces a part of the hot-air and generates a swirl flow in the hot-air supply path of the nozzle and sucks and discharges the hot-air jetted from the nozzle by the swirl flow, further, an end of the tube 1 for discharging the hot-air is freely fittable, and in the nozzle 14 and in the sealed section heating device 9 of the resinoid tube provided with an external exhaust cylinder which encloses the generator 13, a butterfly damper 17 which controls the exhausted amount of the hot-air is provided in the external exhaust cylinder or in the exhaust path which is connected with the external exhaust cylinder, and the butterfly damper restricts the leakage of the hot-air in a clearance between the end of the tube and the external exhaust cylinder which freely fits the end to the outside or the excessive sucking of the air outside. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
