<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lipase inhibitor originating from a natural material which can be added in a food and drink, a cosmetic and a therapeutic agent for dermatosis as the lipase inhibitor having high safety, excellent heat resistance, taste and water-solubility. <P>SOLUTION: The lipase inhibitor contains a dihydrochalcone compound indicated in general formula (1) and the food and drink, the cosmetic and the therapeutic agent for dermatosis contain the lipase inhibitor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
