PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of a flash in a sealed portion of a sealed item during melt-cut sealing a film and then improve the appearance of the sealed item made by a sealed item manufacturing apparatus which makes each sealed item by melt-cut sealing predetermined films each in a stacked state to themselves.

SOLUTION: A releasing treatment for decreasing surface roughness and enhancing smoothness is conducted to at least a surface finishing portion 13 of a contact portion in the melt-cutting blade 12 of the melt-cut sealing portion 11 heated at a predetermined temperature by a heater 14 with the predetermined film material 21 to be melt-cut.
