PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for attaching a prop, with which a top end section of the prop can be attached to a crosspiece, a ceiling, or the like, easily and effectively by a simple work. SOLUTION: For the purpose of attaching the top end section of a panel supporting prop 2 to an attaching section provided inside of the crosspiece 5, a push-latch mechanism P for mooring the top end section of the panel supporting prop 2 to the attaching section when the prop is pushed in by a certain distance or more is installed between the top end section of the panel supporting prop 2 and the attaching section.
