PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof structure for a motorcycle improving soundproof effect and easily manufactured. SOLUTION: A soundproof means is disposed in a transmission case 22 provided with an output shaft 29 attaching a driving wheel 16. In the soundproof means, a soundproof cover 57 interrupting the noise going rearward and rearward upward direction from the transmission case 22 and the noise reflected from the side face of the driving wheel 16 is supported by the transmission case 22. For example, the soundproof cover 57 is disposed on the inward side in the diametrical direction of the rim 45 of the driving wheel 16 and in an area corresponding to the rear upper half part of the driving wheel 16 in side view of the vehicle body.
