These compounds are prepared by reacting together at 0-150‹ C. in an aqueous and/or organic medium, the compounds and or a mineral acid salt of the latter. Therapeutic compositions for oral, parenteral, rectal or topical administration comprise compounds of the above formula, which have trichomonocidal and amoebicidal activity.
