PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation with high safety and further reducing the gastrointestinal disorder caused by salicylic acid derivatives. SOLUTION: Side effects frequently caused by the use of salicylic acid derivatives such as a gastrointestinal disorder are reduced by incorporating or jointly using a xanthine derivative, an alpha-amino acid or a beta-amino acid with the salicylic acid derivative. The preparation is useful as a medicament to be perorally taken in various dosage forms such as a tablet, a granule, a subtle granule, a powder medicine, a hard capsule and a soft capsule.
