摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a purifier using a magnetic material with high separation efficiency by devising a method of giving a high gradient magnetic field to a conduit pipe itself when the magnetic field is generated crossing a current of water to be treated in order to magnetically trap a suspended solid. <P>SOLUTION: The device is so constituted that magnets are arranged in a vicinity of the conduit pipe so as to form the magnetic field crossing the current of the water on the condition that the reverse magnetic poles face each other across the current of the treated water in the conduit pipe made of a non- magnetic material when the magnetic suspended solid is magnetically separated from the treated water in the current of the treated water, that a lot of induction pieces made form a magnetic material are buried from the outside at least in the wall of the conduit pipe facing the magnets so as to increase the magnetic gradient within the area for the recovery of the suspended solid, placed at least between the magnets in the conduit pipe, and that the suspended solid flowing in the conduit pipe is trapped on the internal wall surface of the conduit pipe within the area for the recovery of the suspended solid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
