<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a liquid in a cylinder from being wastefully discharged by descending a push-down head when the push-down head is fixed to a lower limit position and carried. <P>SOLUTION: A manual control valve 67 capable of blocking communication of a nozzle 34 with a stem 32 is provided on a part of a push-down head 35, and a liquid return passage 63 capable of returning the high-pressure liquid in a cylinder 11 into a vessel body 1 when the push-down head 35 is forcibly pushed down at the closing time of the manual control valve 67 is formed in any one of abutting surfaces of a valve seat 61a and a valve element 61b to constitute a suction valve 61. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
