<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a membrane air diffusion device capable of uniformly generating fine air bubbles. <P>SOLUTION: In the improvement of the membrane air diffusion device wherein a membrane 5 having a large number of small holes is mounted on a holder 1 to which compressed air is supplied, a partition frame 7 having 2-25 openings is attached at a position slightly above the membrane 5 to suppress the excessive expansion of the membrane 5 due to compressed air. The membrane 5 is almost equally expanded in the openings of the partition frame 7 and fine air bubbles can be uniformly formed from the whole surface of the membrane. By this constitution, even if an air blow-in amount is increased, oxygen movement efficiency can be held to a high level. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
