<p>Workflow management system for monitoring process steps in a high volume print process. The system monitors print job commencement (102), job input (104), job processing (106), print production (108) and job completion (110). The workflow management software incorporates a visual object-orientated interface for depicting the workflow and allowing an operator to intervene in the workflow. The software is also flexible enough to allow fully composed documents to be generated, processed and edited as ordered collections of documents.</p> |
