PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that the number of shafts to be built in a transmission case increases as a differential device built in the transmission case is provided by axially supporting it by the differential shaft and left and right side clutch gears are axially supported by the side clutch shafts and that the transmission case itself becomes large. SOLUTION: A clutch 6 for turning to transmit motive power to the differential device built in on the lower side by optionally changing speed of the motive power from a hydraulic stepless transmission 4 on the upper side of the transmission case 3 for travelling, a clutch 7 for straight travelling, left and right side clutch gears, etc., are provided, rotating motive power of the differential device is transmitted to the lower side by actuating either one of the left and right side clutch gears 8a, 8b on the inside to put off at the time of turning, and the left and right side clutch gears and the differential device are constituted to be axially supported on the differential side clutch shaft 9. The clutch 6 for turning is constituted so as to load a parking brake by actuating it to put on when a parking braking means provided on an operation device part is operated. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
