<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for writing, erasing and reading a reversible thermosensitive medium capable of writing, erasing and reading a reversible thermosensitive medium by itself, and always writing and erasing optimally by preventing excessively or insufficiently writing or erasing information. <P>SOLUTION: This apparatus comprises a laser writing unit 12 disposed in front of a reversible thermosensitive medium 1 for scanning a laser beam 2 on the medium for writing information, an erasing lamp 14 disposed at a position other than the front of the medium for erasing the information written in the medium with an erasing light beam 3, a CCD camera 16 disposed at a position other than the front of the medium for photographing the medium for reading image information 4, and a transmitting means 20 for directing an erasing light beam to the medium without disturbing the writing operation by the laser writing unit 12 and for transmitting the image information 4 of the medium to the CCD camera 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
