PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus capable of improving the image quality by restraining displacement of a laser beam by reducing vibration of optical parts in an inexpensive and simple configuration. SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus comprises an optical scanning unit having a plurality of optical parts for guiding a light beam outputted from a light source to a surface to be scanned, a photosensitive member for receiving the light beam for imaging, a main body driving part for driving the photosensitive member, or the like, and a housing for supporting these component. A vibration receiving member with the resonance frequency in phase with at least one optical member is provided in the vibration propagation path of the housing for fixing the optical scanning unit.
