PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance bonding strength of a head unit 6 and a bottom plate 5 of a head holder. SOLUTION: Adhesive pouring holes 9a and 9b are made through the bottom plate 5 of the head holder oppositely to the back at the side edge part of the head unit 6. A cavity unit 10 comprising a manifold plate, a spacer plate and a base plate laid in layer and constituting a head unit 6 has a side edge part extending along the long side thereof and formed into a level difference part 43a. While opposing the level difference part 43a to the adhesive pouring holes 9a and 9b, UV adhesive 7 is fed from above thus bonding the head unit 6 and the bottom plate 5 of the head holder rigidly.
