PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely manage the number of non-payoff winning balls when a game control means and a payoff control means are provided separately from each other. SOLUTION: The game control means 31A performs processing for adding the number 31a of non-payoff premium game media, in accordance with the establishment of payoff conditions, and outputs payoff command signal for specifying the number of payoff premium game media to the payoff control means 37A in accordance with the number 31a; and the means 37A performs processing for payoff of the premium game medium by controlling a payoff means 97A in accordance with the payoff command signal. A payoff number determining means 37a determines whether the premium game medium is paid off or not, according to a detection signal of a payoff detecting means 301A. A payoff completion signal transmitting means 37b transmits a payoff completion signal, which indicates the completion of the payoff of the premium game medium, to the means 31A in accordance with the determination of the means 37a.
