<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for deodorizing and cleaning the hair of a long time inpatient or an animal easily without using any water and a large facility. <P>SOLUTION: The method comprises wrapping up a specific part of a human body or an animal in a bag, connecting an ozone outlet of an ozone generator to generate ozone for deodorization and the inside of the above bag by using a hose and introducing the ozone into the inside of the bag from said generator.
