<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stress restraining composition which is not in danger of impairing a person's health even when it is taken frequently to cope with stresses in the present society as a first purpose and as a second purpose provide a good quality granulation which can be easily granulated even when a specified stress restraining component is used in manufacturing the granulation to be used for processing the stress restraining composition and in addition which has an excellent processability in a food or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The stress restraining composition is specialized by containing teanin for the first purpose. In the manufacturing method for granulations containing teanin with a high content of teanin by granulating crushed teanin and crushed sugars in a flowing state, the crushed teanin, 20 wt% or more of which remains on a sieve having 60 mesh, is used for the second purpose. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
