<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid drop discharge method which enables the efficient treatment of a work by discharging varicolored liquid drops of a functional liquid, a liquid drop discharge apparatus and an electrooptical apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: In the liquid drop discharge method for selectively discharging the liquid drops of the functional liquid to the work W while relatively moving a functional liquid drop discharge head 10, into which the functional liquid is introduced, with respect to the work W, one or more kinds of functional liquid drop discharge heads 10a, 10b and 10c integrally moving and mutually different in specifications are used and, on the basis of the discharge pattern data to the work W, the functional liquid drop discharge head 10 and one or more kinds of the functional liquid drop discharge heads 10a, 10b and 10c selectively discharge the functional liquids. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
