PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a rising part to precisely bend by enabling a work to perform over-bending. SOLUTION: In a punching die 11, a pressing die 49 for pressing a work W is rotatably provided in a cut out part 37K provided at the lower part of a punch body 37. The upper face of the pressing die is provided so as to contact to the lower face of the cut out part all the time. A side face on a bending side of the work in the pressing die is inclined downward. In a die 17, a die holder 61 equipped with a work supporting member 61A for supporting the work is provided at the upper face of a die body 59. A bending die equipped with a push-up part 73A for pushing up the work from the work supporting member is movably provided at the upper part of a hoisting and lowering member 65 provided in the die body so as to relatively freely move up and down. A contact part capable of contacting to the work supporting member is provided in the bending die 73. The contact of the contact part to the work supporting member moves the bending die and performs over-bending. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
