PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide soap bubble formation device in which an external form of liquid film forming part of soap bubble liquid is larger than an opening of a container of soap bubble liquid, and so constructed that the soap bubble formation device can be inserted in the liquid container. SOLUTION: The soap bubble formation toy 5 is composed of a container 1 in which soap bubble liquid 2 is filled, a stopper member 7 for sealing the opening 6 of the container, and a soap bubble formation device 8 whose proximal end part is fixed in the stopper member. The soap bubble formation device is provided with a ring-shaped flexible liquid film forming part 4 whose external form is larger than the diameter of the opening in the middle part near its top end 3a. To generate bubbles, the soap bubble formation device is pushed into the opening forcibly by means of the stopper member.
