PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverted releaser for gradually releasing a vaporizable chemical capable of vaporizing the chemical inside a container always by a regular quantity of vaporization without being affected by the temperature and pressure of outside air. SOLUTION: In the inverted releaser, the vaporization surface of the chemical and an outside air substitution part are opened by the operation for opening at the start of use. The position of the outside air substitution mechanism is located on the upper space side (head space side) opened simultaneously as the chemical is vaporized. Accordingly, outside air securely flows from a substitution hole according to the quantity of vaporization of the chemical and the temperature and pressure of the space in the container are equal to those of outside air, so that the chemical can be vaporized always evenly.
