PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach and detach an overflow pipe without touching water within a tank with one's hand. SOLUTION: Within a guide pipe 31, an overflow pipe 33 is inserted and stood with a clearance C in the state of covering a drain port 23 to make double pipe structure. On the peripheral wall 40 of the top plate 38 of the overflow pipe 33, a handle 50 is supported rotatably. The handle 50 has a pivotally supported part in the middle, a closed knob 52 on its one end and opened overlapped part 54 on the other end. When the upper surface of a washing tank 15 is covered with a tank filter 24, the handle 50 is held in a tilting posture close to a horizontal posture while the knob 52 is pushed. When the filter 24 is removed, the handle 50 is turned to a standing posture as the result of receiving the weight of a weight part 54 and the knob 52 is moved to a position higher than a reserved water level W. Continually, the knob part 52 is picked and pulled up, thereby the overflow pipe 33 is pulled off from a drain 23 for draining. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
