PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To intermittently feed a wire rod into an output tube under a stable condition. SOLUTION: In this wire rod feeder, an output pipe 17 is provided projectedly toward a moving clamp 3 side in an end part of the output tube 16, and a guide pipe 18 is provided projectedly toward an output pipe 17 side in an opening part of a through hole of the moving clamp 3. Those are arranged under the condition where a tip part of the guide pipe 18 is inserted into the output pipe 17, when the moving clamp 3 is positioned in the lowermost position of a slide base 1. When the moving clamp 3 is moved to an upper side of the slide base 1, the guide pipe 18 is set to be inserted into the output pipe 17 more deeply. Since the wire rod 13 is surrounded by the guide pipe 18 or the output pipe 17 all the time, the rod 13 is precluded from being buckled between the moving clamp 3 and the output tube 16 to be fed stably.
