PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of bad productivity due to the breakage of a spring in the prior carton transferring apparatus mounting a holding frame having a door moved by the spring and a problem of a flaw caused on the surface of the carton by contact of the door with the carton during pushing out the carton 2 from the holding frame. SOLUTION: The carton transferring apparatus in a top forming portion of a rotary type liquid filling packaging means is equipped with a plurality of holding frames 1 arranged at equal intervals along the outer circumference of the top forming turn table 10b to hold the carton, an opening portion for the carton opened toward the outer circumferential side of the holding frame 1 to pass through, a door portion 14 attached to the opened portion and a link mechanism 20 to open and close the door portion 14.
