<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speed signal detecting device suitable for selecting a speed detection signal appropriate for a navigation condition of a ship among a plurality of speed detection signals, and to provide a navigation control system for controlling navigation of the ship by using the same device. <P>SOLUTION: The navigation control system 1 is provided with a speed signal selecting device 10, a navigation control device 11, a propeller 12, and a display device 13. The speed signal selecting device 10 is provided with a group of speed detecting devices 100 including a plurality of log speed detecting devices and a plurality of ground speed detecting devices, a speed signal selecting part 101, a position information detecting device 102 for detecting position information of a small ship, and a water area information storing device 103 for storing information on a specified water area. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
