SOLUTION: This food such as a specific health food, nutritious (functional) food, etc., containing the zinc (II) organic complex having anti-obesity, triglyceride reduction and body fat-decreasing properties and containing organic compounds consisting of amino acids, picolic acids, vitamins, maltose, carboxylic acids, oligo-peptides and their derivatives as ligands.
