APPARATUS FOR RECOVERING AND DEODORIZING DETERIORATED PRODUCT IN VACUUM HEATING EQUIPMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool and condense a deteriorated product generated at the time of evaporation and separation of the insulating oil adhering to the inner parts or the like of a transformer when the transformer is heat-treated under vacuum in a cryostatic state to collect the same and to avoid the damage of exhaust equipment due to the deteriorated product.

SOLUTION: In the vacuum heating equipment constituted so that the case or inner parts to which insulating oil containing PCB adheres of the transformer are housed in a vacuum heating furnace and heattreated under a required vacuum state to evaporate and separate the insulating oil adhering to the case and inner parts to remove PCB from the inner parts or the like, the insulating oil adhering to the inner parts or the like or the deteriorated product generated by evaporating and separating the insulating oil containing a fine solids generated from the inner parts is cooled and condensed under the cryostatic state of a cooling medium to be prevented from flowing in the exhaust equipment.
