<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that, since there is no method for measuring the purity of nitrogen gas in a simple way, the purity is not measured so far and that aside from a system for obtaining nitrogen gas from liquid air, a system for obtaining the gas with a deoxidizing means for enhancing the purity of the gas by consuming oxygen in the air arouses an apprehension whether the purity is ensured or not. <P>SOLUTION: An oxygen detecting means 60 for measuring the concentration of oxygen is placed on the downstream of a deoxidation means 50 in which the purity of nitrogen gas is enhanced by consuming oxygen by oxidizing an iron powder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
